🌊 Astrology of June 2025: Big Feelings, Bigger Visions, Brave Voice

Cancer season swells this week. Longing, clarity, and emotional truth begin to bubble up.
We begin under the influence of a Sun–Jupiter conjunction. A rare cosmic gift that brings expansion. (And hopefully some luck ffs.)
The New Moon in Cancer blesses us with an opportunity to align with what’s emotional and real. It lets us whisper our heart’s desire to the dark sky, planting seeds and intentions we will sow for the next season: SUMMER.
Mercury enters Leo and we find our voice again.
Unfortunately it’s not just sweetness. Mercury squares Chiron, touching a raw nerve before the healing can land. As the weekend unfolds, Mars trines Saturn (build what lasts), Mercury trines Neptune (dream it true), and, for some of us, Mercury opposes Pluto.
Except not for me. That’s my birthday. ✌️

This is also known as the Jupiter Cazimi. A cazimi in astrology is when a planet is in exact conjunction with the sun. As Jupiter transits the “heart of the Sun” Jupiters’s gifts shine; offering a boost in clarity, confidence, growth, and aligned opportunity.
This year’s Jupiter cazimi is extra special: Jupiter has just entered Cancer, the sign where it’s exalted. That means it operates at its best—nourishing, generous, emotionally wise, and deeply in tune with what truly supports us. Generosity, grace, and hope swell. Idk about you, but i am so ready to receive some blessings!

On June 24, Mercury in Cancer squares Chiron in Aries at 26°35. Oof. Old communication wounds may resurface. Let yourself speak the unpolished truth. You don’t have to be "ready" to be real. Choose care over performance. Root before you rise.

New Moon in Cancer
On June 25, we have a New Moon. This means the Sun and the Moon will meet at 4°07’ of Cancer.
Theme: Sacred Reset, Soul Belonging This New Moon carries the blessing of Jupiter. It’s spacious, rich, and full of soulful potential. Jupiter loves to be in Cancer, so I’m hoping blessings find all of us.
New Moons are a time to make moon water, set intentions, and dream forward. This one is full of potential for feeling into your future. Not just what you want to do, but how you want your life to feel.
Things I’ll be mulling over:
How do I want my day-to-day to feel?
What kind of home am I building?
What does a safe, nourishing community look like to me?
Who belongs in my chosen family?

It’s Cancer season, and rumination is basically our entire brand. So make space for grief, too. This Moon may wash through some old waters.
One thing I will always stand on as a Cancer girlie: Rest is necessary. It’s not lazy or passive. It’s rebellious. It’s a critical part of the creative process. You don’t have to earn rest.
Let yourself soften, listen, and dream. And if you wish hard enough, your dreams just might come true.

June 26 – Mercury Enters Leo
Theme: The Return of the Voice Time to roar.
Say what the fuck you mean. Speak with fire, not fear. This transit is excellent for writing, creative work, storytelling, and confident truth-telling. I love how clear Mercury is when it’s in a fire sign. Think big. Let your voice shine bright.
On June 27th, Mercury in Leo at 1°44’ trines Saturn in Aries.
Theme: Disciplined Drive & Sacred Endurance
This transit can help focus the firepower of your mind. Use this energy to tackle some admin tasks, if you feel so called. You’ve got the energy and the container.

My Solar Return – June 29th
I turn 33 this week.
Everything feels like a dream, a drowning, and a divine download.
Mercury opposes Pluto on my birthday. (How rude.)
I simply, will not be available for that transit.
I’ll be busy talking to my ancestors, cleansing my soul in saltwater, and drinking at a tiki bar on the beach.
Will I cry anyway? Almost definitely. 💅 But give me a break—Cancer is in my 12th house.
